Admission Process

El-Shaddai Academy's Admission Process

Our admissions team will help you with a smooth entry, right from the time of application until your child joins the school through our 4-step admission process explained below.

Step 1

Application

  • Admission is available only through application forms available at the school office, 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. (Please call the school office regarding Saturday operations.)
  • Note: Parents are required to understand, accept and sign the ‘TERMS AND CONDITIONS’ on the application form before its submission.

Step 2

Submission of Admission Form and Documents

  • Please refer to the ‘CHECKLIST OF DOCUMENTS’ attached with the ‘Application Form’ for the specific documents required for submission.
  • Please submit the ‘Application Form’ and the documents within the due date mentioned in the ‘CHECKLIST OF DOCUMENTS’. Note: Application forms are processed on a first come first serve basis so submission at the earliest possibility is advised.

Step 3

Entrance Test and Interactions

  • Nursery and LKG – Eligible applicants will be called for an interaction along with both parents. The presence of both parents is mandatory, except in the case of a deceased parent or in the case of a single parent family.
  • UKG to Class 8 – Eligible applicants will be called for a written test and an interaction. The written test will be on English and Mathematics. The question papers will be based at the level of the applicant’s current class. For the interaction, applicant will be assessed on etiquette, communication skills, critical thinking skills, etc.
  • UKG to Class 8 (Parents’ Interactions) – Parents of eligible applicants will be called for an interaction with one of the heads of school. The presence of both parents is mandatory, except in the case of a deceased parent or in the case of a single parent family.

Step 4

Offer of Admission

  • An offer of admission will be given to selected applicants. This offer must be confirmed through full payment of the ‘Admission Fee’ within 3 working days from the date of offer. Please refer to our ‘FEES STRUCTURE’ attached with the ‘Application Form’.
  • The school reserves the right to offer the seat to the next available candidate if full payment of the ‘Admission Fee’ is not made within 3 working days from the date of offer.
